Registered Psychotherapist
Doctor of Chiropractic (not practicing)

I’m a registered psychotherapist (and chiropractor) specializing in chronic pain. My work is grounded in a biopsychosocial understanding of pain and a deep interest in how the brain, behaviour and lived experience interact to shape ongoing symptoms.

My education and clinical experience in health and the human body have shaped how I understand pain and healing. Over time, my work has become increasingly focused on understanding and supporting the full experience of chronic pain- physically, emotionally, and socially. I’m especially interested in helping people make sense of symptoms that feel confusing, overwhelming, or difficult to explain, and in supporting clients as they build a different relationship with pain through understanding, and approaches grounded in current pain science.

In our work together, I draw from evidence-based approaches while keeping a strong focus on the mind-body connection and how pain is processed in the brain and nervous system. I work collaboratively with patients to set meaningful goals, move at a pace that feels manageable, and create a safe, supportive space to explore what’s needed for lasting change.

What matters most to me is helping people connect the dots in their pain experience- making sense of what can feel confusing, fragmented, or overwhelming, and offering steady, grounded support through a very challenging time.
